After 16 years of practicing yoga and painfully trying to perfect my health, I can tell you this.
Your relationship with yourself is the gateway to a healthy wholesome you.
There's no gym workout that will fix emotional eating, and there's no yoga class that will fix body dissatisfaction.
And....
Constantly striving to be healthier can often lead us to missing the bigger picture.
Which is why kit kats and pinot are completely peachy.
Being a single mum, I've tried and tested and failed in many ways to make my routine and relationship with self and health sustainable as a mum.
